DELIVERY INFORMATION

We use Royal Mail and our approved couriers to deliver your parcels, the cost of delivery and the delivery times are detailed in the table below.

The postcodes detailed below are not available for next day delivery

FK17-22, G83, HS1-9, IV1-28, 33-39, 40-51 and 55-56, KA27, KA28, KW1-3, 5-14 and 15-17, PA20-48 and 60-78, PH18-26 and 30-44, ZE1-3

Important Delivery Information

All items will require a signature upon delivery, if you are not in your parcel will be taken back to the local depot and a card will be left informing you of this. We can take no responsibility if a delivery is attempted and you are not in. Parcels despatched by our courier can be left in a secure place, but this is at your own risk and we will take no responsibility should any items go missing.

Our couriers will attempt to deliver to you twice, after that they will hold the parcel at the depot and you will be required to go and collect it.

Late Deliveries

As we rely on third parties we cannot guarantee these delivery times, because as
we all know from time to time things do go wrong that are completely out of our control.

If you have paid for our premium next day service and your item does not arrive we will refund your postage, we always advise that you order goods early to avoid any delivery problems. If a delivery has been attempted and you were not in to receive your parcel you will not be entitled to a refund.

With recorded delivery items we will be unable to track your item for 10 days and it will not be considered late until after this time has passed, only then will we be able to provide you with a refund or replacement goods.

Standard delivery

Items will be dispatched either by Royal Mail's 1st class recorded delivery service or our courier depending on the weight of the items you have ordered. If you are ordering disposable helium this will be sent by courier.

Please Note: If your item has been sent by recorded delivery we will have a tracking number for your parcel however we are unable to track your parcel until 10 days after it has been sent, please bear this in mind when ordering.

Next Day Delivery

Items will be dispatched either with Royal Mail's Next Day service or our courier depending on their weight. If your item is heavy it will be sent by courier this will be a 9am till 5.30pm delivery and your parcel could be delivered at any point during this time.

Saturday Delivery

Items will be delivered by our courier, this is a before 12 noon delivery. Your item will need to be signed for and we can not accept responsibility if you are not in to receive your parcel.
