Q. Why won't the website accept my postcode?
A. Please check that you are entering it correctly. It should be in capital letters with a space in between the two halves.
Q. When will my products arrive? Do you do timed delivery?
A. Your products should be dispatched within 2 working days and will be delivered within the specified timescale as detailed within the Delivery Information section. It is not possible to request a delivery time. All orders will be delivered between 9am and 5pm
Q. I made a mistake when I entered the order, can I change the delivery name, address, date etc?
A. We will try our best to amend the order, please call customer services on 01256 819200.
Q. I have changed my mind and no longer want the delivery to take place, can I cancel the order?
A. We cannot cancel orders that have been dispatched. Provided we are able to cancel an order, the refund is subject to a 10% administration charge. If you wish to cancel an order, call customer services on 01256 819200 between the hours of 09.30 and 17.00 Monday to Friday. Alternatively email us at email@example.com.
Q. Was my delivery done? Will I get confirmation when the gift has been delivered?
A. We are delivering close to 100% of all deliveries within the specified timescale. Exceptions so far have been because the wrong address has been entered. Don't forget that the recipient does not always get in touch straight away.

Q. How long do the balloons stay afloat for?
A. Depending on conditions, Foil balloons will typically float for up to a week or longer. Helium filled Latex balloons will generally last between 10 and 14 hours. UNLESS BALLOONS HAVE BEEN COATED, FOR WHICH AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE MAY BE MADE.
Q. How are the products delivered? Are they bagged?
A. This depends on the type of product but most items will be in a sealed box or package.
Q. Are the balloons inflated?
A. All Balloon in a Box are inflated with helium. (Unless specified) We only use professional balloons and treat the latex balloons to enable longer floating time when needs be.
